As a member of the site, you will keep your log in and password confidential, and not divulge it to any other person. Unauthorised access to this site is strictly prohibited.
You may not use this site in any manner that will impair the proper operation of this site including but not limited to uploading viruses, corrupt data, unsolicited advertising, overburdening or hacking.

Schiavi Shoes reserves the right to terminate your access to the site at any time without notice if you are in breach of the stated terms and conditions.

From time to time, Schiavi Shoes reserves the right to alter and modify the stated terms and conditions and once posted to the site will be deemed your acceptance of these updated terms and conditions.

Currency

All stated dollar amounts listed on the schiavi.com.au site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Delivery

Schiavi Shoes endeavours to dispatch your order within a 24hr period, any orders received on Friday after midday, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Due to external factors, we would ask that you please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Your order will be dispatched provided that:

• Your payment has been accepted (or in the case of a cheque or money order, the funds must be cleared prior to the delivery of any goods)
• The item you have chosen is in stock

Returns Policy

Return or Exchange

Schiavi Shoes hopes that you are happy with your purchase(s) but if you would like to return your purchase(s) for a refund or exchange:

1. Please complete the returned goods form, which was sent with your
   purchase(s).
2. We request that all returns be completed within 14 days from the day after you have received the goods clearly stating the reason for the return.
3. All goods must be returned un-used and with all original packaging and labels attached. We strongly recommend that customers try the shoes on in a carpeted or protected area so as to not mark the sole of the shoes. As if the soles are marked, it may be deemed that the shoes have been worn and that they will no longer be eligible for return.
4. We recommend that all returns be sent via registered post or as an insured article, as we do not take responsibility for any goods that do not reach us.
5. Send the returned goods to the address that appears on the return form.

All returned goods will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear would not be accepted as faulty. If a new size is required please inform us of the new size and we will ship the replacement goods to you once we have received your original purchase(s). Please note that for exchanges, additional postage and handling charges will be charged unless in the case of faulty goods. We strongly recommend that all customers thoroughly inspect the merchandise prior to removing any tags or disposing of any original packaging.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be made to you within 5 days from the receipt of your unwanted goods provided that they are in original condition, un-used, and complete with original packaging and labelling. Customers will have the option to either have the charges credited back via:

1. By a company cheque in the original purchasers name (excluding shipping charges).
2. Or credited to your online account for future purchases (excluding shipping charges). You will be issued with a voucher code to use in the checkout area for the refund amount.
3. Credited back to the original purchasers credit card.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item bought for you on line as a gift, you can return or exchange it for credit for future purchases on line in the form of a gift voucher.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in the checkout area at nominated dollar values. Please note that gift certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
