Where are the shoes made?
The Schiavi Shoes collection is manufactured in Italy.

Where do you deliver to?
Schiavi Shoes delivers to all states and territories throughout Australia.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices on the Schiavi Shoes website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

How do I contact Customer Service?
You can contact us by calling us toll free from Australia on 1800 7000 51 Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm AEST (Excluding public holidays) or alternatively send us an email with your question to shoes@jupi.com.au and we will have one of our customer service representatives contact you.

What if I have forgotten my password?
Just click on the “My Account” button at the top of the website and follow the instructions for password retrieval.

How do I know that the shoe will fit?
Schiavi Shoes uses the same size system that is used in Italy where the shoes are made. Please refer to the size chart for a guide. If when you receive the shoes and the sizing is incorrect please complete the return form that was sent with your original purchase and follow the directions. We do advise that you first try the shoe on in a carpeted area so as not to scratch the sole of the shoe.

Can I purchase if I live outside Australia?
No, currently the shoes are sold exclusively in Australia for Australian customers.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating that we have received your order.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, Please call our customer service team on 1800 7000 51 Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm AEST (Excluding public holidays).

Which forms of payment does Schiavi Shoes Accept?

  1. We accept all major credit cards – MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
  2. By Cheque – Please make cheque payable to Schiavi Shoes, please note that your order will be processed once the cheque has been cleared.
  3. Money Order – Please make money order payable to Schiavi Shoes.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
As a signature is required for proof of delivery, we do not ship orders to post office boxes and require customers to provide us with a physical address.
 
Is it safe to use my credit card on line at Schiavi Shoes?
All credit card transactions that are processed on this site utilises a secure online payment gateway, which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Schiavi Shoes also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protects the information that you send over the Internet. Schiavi Shoes does not keep your credit card details on our website.

Is My Personal information kept private?
Any information that you share with us is kept totally private and confidential. At no point do we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For information please see our privacy policy in terms and conditions. Schiavi Shoes does not keep your credit card details on our website.

How soon will my order arrive?
Schiavi Shoes endeavours to dispatch your order within a 24hr period, any orders received on Friday after midday, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Due to external factors, we would ask that you please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Your order will be dispatched provided that:

  • Your payment has been accepted (or in the case of a cheque or money order, the funds must be cleared prior to the delivery of any goods)
  • The Item you have chosen is in stock

Can I track my order?
Yes, all shipped orders are sent via Australian Air Express. We will email you the unique tracking number for your order so that you can track the progress of your shipment.

Can I purchase Schiavi Shoes in stores?
No, Schiavi Shoes are only available on-line. This way we are able to offer our customers the best possible prices.

How much are your shipping rates?
We offer flat shipping rates to anywhere in Australia as follows:
Express $25.00 (1-2 Business Days)
Standard $18.00 (5-7 Business Days)
This option will appear in the checkout process, after the delivery details have been entered. You will only be charged one delivery fee per order.
